Transitioning to life after school is a major change for any young person and even more so if you have a disability. Together with exciting opportunities come new challenges and it can sometimes feel overwhelming to begin thinking about this new chapter of your life.

Our experienced support workers are here to help prepare, guide, support and encourage you to plan for life beyond school and transition with confidence.

We understand that your goals for the future are just as unique as you, and that support for each person might look a little different. That’s why we believe in providing individual, tailored SLES support at a pace that suits YOU.

Whether you're eager to start working immediately or you are considering additional study or training, our goal is to instill positivity about your future and empower you with the confidence to transition.

Your journey to work begins with meeting our experienced staff who will take you through a discovery process that helps us to understand your individual and unique goals.

Working individually with you, we uncover your strengths, identify skills and interests, and help you to build your confidence, and create a customized plan to meet your specific needs.

We can also assist you in accessing Disability Employment Services (DES). The DES program gives participants choice and flexibility in the services they receive and how they receive them. Whether it’s assisting you to choose a provider that best meets your individual needs or linking you with the provider of your choice or , the staff at Tailored 2U are here to help.

We equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge, and practical experience to transition confidently to life beyond school and achieve your career goals through choice and control.

Don’t have SLES funding in your NDIS plan? Don’t worry, you may be able to use other types of NDIS funding to help you reach your work goals such as Core Support or Capacity Building Funding (ie. finding and keeping a job)
